Q: Why did I not get an order confirmation email?
A: Please check your spam folder.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: All orders are shipped within 48 hours by Australia Post (3-7 business days).

Q: How can I track my order?
A: If your shipping cost was over $8 or qualified for free shipping, then your order includes tracking information. Tracking updates will be emailed to you automatically once there is a tracking update to show (usually a few days after you get your shipment email). If your order qualified for economy shipping (below $8), there is no tracking for this service. 

Q: Why is my tracking number still showing as ‘pending’?
A: Tracking numbers can show as pending for a few days once shipped. It can take a few days for tracking numbers to sync online.

Q: Why did I not receive a tracking number yet?
A: It’s coming, tracking updates will be emailed to you automatically once there is a tracking update to show (usually a few days after you get your shipment email).
